The 30-minute online breathwork sessions are designed to be a focused and accessible experience that you can participate in comfortably from your workspace. You'll be guided through a series of specific breathing techniques, primarily done while seated comfortably.
The sessions often involve:
Focus on the Breath: We'll bring mindful attention to the natural rhythm and flow of your breath, learning to deepen and lengthen it in specific ways.
Guided Breathing Patterns: You'll be led through various breathing exercises designed to elicit specific responses in the body and mind, such as relaxation, increased energy, or enhanced focus.
Subtle Movements : To help release tension and support the breath, some exercises incorporate gentle and optional movements, such as easy spinal and arm movements.
A Grounding and Centering Finish: Each session will conclude with a few moments of quiet reflection to integrate the benefits and leave you feeling refreshed and centered.

My 7+ years of dedicated yoga and breathwork practice (including specialised Himalayan Breathwork) have equipped me with powerful, accessible wellbeing solutions.
